About
I am at a true loss for words for all of the efforts put forth by everyone involved, both directly and behind the scenes. I do not know all of the names listed, but I am infinitely grateful to all of you. Words can't describe how I feel at the moment, but I will try. I cannot say enough about the 4 great people that I worked with directly on this journey. I met Mr. Jonathon over 5 years ago during my home buying misadventure. I was down on my luck and had no business going into his office with such lofty aspirations. Albeit I did, I was treated like I had an 800+ credit score, and earned a base salary of 7 figures :) Needless to say, I walked away with a nice dose of reality, but also the hope that Mr. Jonathon provided me. As fate would have it, things started to look up for me and I remember that kind, hulking, Adonis of a man who made me feel like somebody when I did not think I was. It was January of 2020, and things were on the up and up for me, but I was not quite there yet. I'm going to go for it again I told myself! So I made contact with Mr. Jonathon via email, to my surprise he answered shortly after. We talked shop and ran some numbers, to my pleasant surprise, he assured me that I will be in a home before the end of the year. For brevity's sake, I will not write a novel about it, but despite a pandemic and global economic downturns, I am in a home today!!! I had to mention that before anything, but everyone was equally vital in various ways of making this happen. I had a great realtor in Laec Buchlater. He would always make himself available, even if I requested to see a home at a whim. Youthful and focused, he did not give up on my tumultuous home buying journey, even when I did. Out of all of the homes that I found and lost, he selected the beautiful home that I am in now. Bidding wars, house flippers, big cash investors, etc, someway somehow, he found this beautiful home for me. He scheduled a viewing with the agent pronto. His temerity and swiftness gave us a fighting shot and got our offer accepted. From then on I was introduced to Ms. Truly, she was tenacious and surgically precise when it came to having all of the docs needed for gumshoe underwriters. She had a higher sense of urgency than even myself when it came to getting things done, a true professional in all of her dealings except for one. She became emotionally invested in a client potentially losing a home. Deals falling apart is very common in this line of work I have come to find out. I did not know of the deal falling apart on a couple of occasions behind the scenes, and I am glad I didn't. She forged on against the odds and got it done in the 11th hour. In an almost Shakespearean fashion, I got a CTC for Christmas eve!!! the greatest gift that I have ever had. I had a chance to meet Mrs. Sadie Jarmon, a very busy woman that had to endure 2 erroneous wire transfers from me but still ever so patient. I showed my lack of business acumen and naivety by sitting at the head of the table LOL, but I did not know any better. I never closed a deal of this magnitude and am blissfully uninformed about the customs of board rooms and closing protocols on major deals. I will stop here and say thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Thank you to everyone involved, you all did such a great thing for me. I hope and pray that you all can have even an iota of the joy that I have in my heart. Thank you so very much!!!
